Hinter dem Albergo geht es links hoch, zunächst geraume Zeit auf Pfaden, dann längere Zeit auf Forstwegen bis zum Rifugio Pian della Capanna, wo eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit existiert. Kurz danach führt links ein Weg ab, der als steiler Pfad bis zum Grad führt. Nun beginnt eine schöne Grad-Wanderung mit schönen Blicken zum Bocca, der nach längerer Zeit erreicht wird. Hier existiert keine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.
