N.B.: We don't have an English description of the stage just yet. We'll give you the German version for now until the English version is ready.

Von der Fuchskaute geht es langsam bergab und man kommt über Bretthausen und Salzburg nach Hof, wo es eine Bäckerei mit Café gibt. Der Weg folgt dann eine Weile der Straße, bevor man links in den Wald abbiegt und bis Nisterau läuft. Durch das tief eingeschnittene Nistertal und an einigen schönen Teichen vorbei gelangt man bis Bad Marienberg. Der E1 geht dort nicht durch das Zentrum, sondern nordöstlich davon vorbei.
